My mother and I stumbled across this plant-based café down the Rue Mouffetard one day as we were buying groceries for dinner.

They make all their soybean milk in house every day using Japanese soybeans and use it to make fresh tofu in their kitchen which is used in their lunch menu. I don't think I've ever had tofu so fresh and soft anywhere else in Europe before. They also have a great bottle exchange, where if you collect up to 10 glass bottles of their soybean milk and bring them back, you can get a free bottle.

We tried their lunch menu which had some of the most beautifully-cut and presented tofu dishes ever - see below for photos!

The café also serves hot drinks and is a great space for co-working, or just catching up with a friend over coffee.
